spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, direct access to cafes
Noise from outside can be disruptive at night!!! The parking situation is convoluted-squeeze into a tight spot or face stress searching for alternatives!!! Old decor in rooms makes the atmosphere less inviting!!!

Simply no complaints, really really nice stay. Ideal hotel, favourable location in a nice quiet neighbourhood with lots of great places to eat and amazingly nice staff. Compact and silent room provided with comfortable beds and a rain shower, for example. Fast check-in and excellent service.

Consider trying the local cafés for breakfast instead of the hotel's offering. They're good and often more budget-friendly.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the friendly and accommodating staff. The location near Avenue Louise was perfect for easy access to shops, and the bathroom was well-kept with a good shower that was a pleasure to use.
The breakfast room felt cramped.

A very spacious apartment, well located a few blocks from tram and subway stations, to get everywhere, easy access, very safe you have to go through two doors with the same key at the main entrance, has an elevator and to enter the apartment you have an electronic keychain for easy operation, the bathroom with quality furniture and powerful shower, a couple of closets, furniture, dining room and kitchen well equipped to prepare food, a super market just in front of the apartment, is ideal for everyone, I travel alone, but easily fit 4 people comfortably.
I thought it was a bit expensive, because I was traveling alone, if you stay 3 or more people the price is much better than paying for a shared dormitory with a bunch of inconsiderate travelers. Another thing I don't like very much is having to pick up the key at a hotel and map they gave me to get to the apartment was missing a block I had to go back for better location data, they must tell you that it is right next to an Arab restaurant, rich by the way, called Le Prince

The location is decent, but it isn't worth the hassle. I also woudl ve been pleased with complimentary coffee, but alas, that wasn't offered. I almost considered a good review, but the service sealed the deal for disappointment.

Dude, the room was super spacious and clean, loved having the fridge and coffee stuff. The vibe around was chill, especially being on a quiet street near Avenue Louise. One thing though, the parking is kinda tricky if you drive, for real. The shower was awesome!

Big size & fairly clean hotel, good service, absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location to closest metro. Plentiful and adequate breakfasts with croissants and boiled eggs, for example. A warm atmosphere along with affable personnel.

Awesome place with great amenities like 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and express check-in. The staff helped me with late check-in on my first visit, and they're always charming and helpful. I can't wait to return for Xmas!

The room had a great layout, with a large desk perfect for working and a very comfortable bed. I was impressed with the cleanliness. The bathroom was super clean, and fresh towels were provided daily. When I first entered, there was a lingering sewage smell, made me uneasy, although the staff addressed it promptly. The area outside was a bit noisy at times, which affected the overall comfort of my stay. I appreciated the kettle for making coffee and tea, and having a fridge in the room was a nice touch. The location was convenient, close to public transport and nearby shops.

We loved the spacious rooms and how clean everything was . The location was great for wandering around Brussels-quick stops at shops and cafes were easy with the kids. Plus, the electric scooters made it fun getting to the city center!
My kids wished for more options for breakfast.
